 Throughout the world, Law courts have FAILED to deliver JUSTICE.  I know this from MANY YEARS EXPERIENCE in COURTS and TRIBUNALS.  I understand it well, as I am a MATHEMATICIAN with a LAW DEGREE and currently undertaking my PhD in Cross Discipline LAW and RIGOROUS REASONING (mathematics).  So much of the reasoning in LAW is, in reality, AUTOMATIC, but by far most lawyers and judges are morons and do not realize it, so judges believe they can make "subjective" decisions, believing they are next to 'god', and lawyers encourage this belief in their fawning behaviour.  
 
The PRACTICE of LAW globally has been beset with EVIL from the likes of corrupt lawyers, CORRUPT judges, CORRUPT police, CORRUPT public servants and CORRUPT public sector parasites, and the ABSOLUTELY EVIL RSPCA [really rspca] in countries like the UK, Australia and the equivalent in Canada, NZ, the US, and India.  
 
Anyone hoping for justice from the courts, will be disappointed in a major way. Not only will litigants who have suffered being cheated, not gain justice from the courts [either partially or completely], but they will have to pay a fortune to the their lawyers [WIN OR LOSE], RISK having to pay the COSTS of the other side, and have to waste so much of their time AND LIFE seeing and "instructing" lawyers, and worrying about the outcome.  [Court cases take years, while you put your life on HOLD.]
 
COURTS are for the EVIL and CORRUPT, like the rspca, corrupt judges and lawyers. [Afterall, 99% of lawyers give the rest a bad name!!]  I know, as I have had to mix with them. [I am NOT a 'lawyer', though.] The only decent ones are a FEW ACADEMIC LAWYERS, who do not work in the courts or practice.
 
The corrupt individuals and organisations in our society, are well practiced.  The OLD media, [TV and Newspapers], is very important to them.  The well organised corrupt cheats know which people to 'feed' in the 'media' with prepared 'copy', so to influence the community opinion.  The rspca is an example of  this.  It is a totally corrupt organisations [in all Australian States and the UK], and will only entertain as 'staff', dumb bullies and loser lowlife cheats, who relish the power rspca gives them, which power they could not otherwise possess.
 
Well, just as the 'negative' publicity from the organised cheats can work against us, the targets of the EVIL CORRUPT CHEATS, [I dislike referring to myself as a 'victim' - I'M FIGHTING BACK],  so publicity of  the evil of the cheats, WITH EVIDENCE, can work FOR US.  That is the reason that the evil cheats DEMONIZE THEIR TARGETS/US, so the Media will not listen to us.  It is work for the OLD MEDIA to do their job.  For them  to have to listen and THINK about the case, is too much like work.  It is easier for them to take the prepared copy from the well practiced and organized cheats and fraudsters.
 
So, let's DEMONIZE THE CROOKS, CHEATS and FRAUDSTERS, and PUBLICIZE THEIR EVIL and FRAUD,
(1)    for the benefit of their potential future TARGETS,
(2)    to remove the SUPPORT they receive from IGNORANT SUPPORTERS,
(3)    to SHATTER THEIR RESOLVE,

I think they look okay; they are COLOURFUL.  IMPORTANTLY, it seems to be what Yahoo and Google like.  Google and Yahoo just read the words and ALL of them.  Hence, I have spent my time adding content [and ALL my own] to my sites.  Most people have a purpose when they sit at their computer.  If they do not already know the sites they will view, they will SEARCH for sites using the SEARCH ENGINES.

You do not need to do all sections at the one time, but the sooner you have all your case published, the sooner and better it will start working for you. You do not have to publish the sections in any particular order.  You will not necessarily see all the steps happen in the open. So much happens behind the scenes.  In the case of my expose of Magub at http://HaigReport.com/proofofbccmultiplecrimes-bcccriminalsnotprosecuted.html#magub , the first public sign was a story in a throw away free newspaper that, in the middle of her term, just a month after my Privacy Journal article, she was 'resigning to spend more time with the grandchildren', yeah sure!!  SHE WAS SACKED. 
 
Also, it does not matter if you have similar or much the same text in your posts in different forums.  Google and Yahoo can cope with that.  Change it a bit and add to it and that will improve the Google Yahoo rating of your case. 
 
Write your case out, in say free WordPad.  You do not need to format it.  You format it, if at all, when you put it into the FORUMS. The really important inclusion is the URL link to other sites, [websites or web-pages].  It is very easy,  YOU DO NOT NEED ANY CODING AROUND IT.   You just place the URL that appears in the command line of your browser eg say http://HaigReport.com/eml.html  WITHOUT ANY BRACKETS ON EITHER END, JUST A SPACE ON BOTH ENDS.  So, just go to the page to which you wish to link.  Highlight the URL address in the address line of your browser; press COPY on your browser EDIT DROP DOWN MENU, or on right click on your mouse.  Go to the place in the text where you wish to link to the page whose URL you have just copied, and PASTE the URL om your test WITH A SPACE ON EACH END.  It is that simple.  That is all you have to do to have the details of your case published.  Google loves those URL links.  Each will cause your page to which they are linking to be rated more highly.  If there is a posting from another member which is on that particular of the topic of your case, you should link to that.  They are likely to link to your posting too. 
 
When composing your 'Content', you need only the TEXT.  [I have found the time consuming part of Internet publishing is composing the text.]

 YOU CAN ALWAYS EDIT YOUR POSTINGS LATER TO INCLUDE THE LINKS TO YOUR OTHER PAGES. This means you can continue to write stages of your case as often as you like. You can continue to add more links into you postings, at any time. Google and Yahoo love that too as it means to them that you are continually adding content to your page. Content is KING for the Search Engines.

People cannot depend on Courts or the Judiciary for Justice. [Watch as I post my many cases to this NETWORK of FORUMS. Publicity will mean that the many other people who have suffered like you at the hands of the same government, corporation or individual, will know that they were not alone. That will mean that pressure will mount upon the same cheating government authority.  The public sector parasites will not want this to happen.  Surely, you do not think you were the only person bullied and cheated.

We have devised this structure to bring justice to Individuals wronged by governments. Our Mission:
AuLP  intends to follow the philosophy of Google: ie not charge the people who want to use the resources.   We intend to not charge those who wish to read our journals, or those who wish to be published in those journals.  You, our customers will have performed some form of "work"or effort to obtain the benefit.   Instead of charging you a fee for goods or service,  we hope to make our revenue [to pay the inevitable costs that will need to be met], by charging those who can benefit from your activity, but still ensuring their activities in gaining their benefit, are not intrusive to you, the user, but to your benefit.

Hence, the goal of AuLP is NOT to sell subscriptions.  Subscriptions to print versions will be available.  All published material will be freely [subject to copyright] available, via this website,  for non-commercial use. Readers will be able to subscribe and so receive the journal in their Inbox immediately the Journal is published.  This should ensure a better readership, and sooner, for published articles.

Libraries are merging with the Internet.  We intend to avail ourselves, as Publishers, of the PERSISTENCE  value of libraries: so that your published work is not transitory.  There are various aspects to this.  Some libraries may actually "mirror" our site and hold a copy of our publications on their server.  We intend to archive all our publications OnLine.  We intend to avail ourselves of the PURL, Persistent URL, a service maintained by some libraries to take account of the changes that occur with URLs on the Internet.  However, with goolge, your published articles will be readily found where-ever they are located on the internet.
 
The crucial component in this consideration is quality of publication, as always, but which has been so often omitted with Internet publications.   Hence, Peer Review is pivotal.

We intend to establish on this website a database of Academics who may wish to produce, be a Guest Editor, or review articles in any Academic pursuit.  That will be user entered data.  Some data will be public and some will be confidential.  That will need to be determined.    For instance, some, more relevant information, will be made available to persons who are undertaking a Guest  Editorial role.  That would be those academics who have indicated a willingness review articles in that paticular area.

This will be a progressive undertaking.  We are already publishing and this will continue as we have paid subscribers.   Even before the Peer Review and Guest Editor database aspects are implemented, we will be publishing more issues and titles of journals.   The improved standing of our publications will evolve.  However,  early publications will be archived along with the later higher standing peer reviewed articles.  Hence, we are suggesting that Academics who wish to be published, will find there will be fewer hurdles to being published, the sooner they apply.   We expect the standing and reputation of our publcations to rise with time.   With the power of the internet, we expect this rise to be quite rapid.
